Here at YOLKE, we always strive for our customers to love their new pyjamas. However if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, these can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. We ask that you return your item(s) unused with all original tags and labels intact alongside the completed returns form, and that you keep the postage receipt until we confirm receipt of your package.

Our sales team will send an email to confirm receipt of your returns, and endeavour to process your request as soon as possible. In the event of a refund, please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to be returned to your payment card.

We are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges on any bespoke or monogrammed products.

YOLKE is unable to refund any postage costs. All exchanges will be delivered free of charge.


At the moment, YOLKE is sadly unable to offer free returns for all international orders. If you wish to return your order, please post it to the address listed in the returns form enclosed with your parcel.

We advise that you ship your item(s) using a trustworthy service such as DHL that is able to insure your order and guarantee delivery.

YOLKE is unable to refund any postage costs. All exchanges will be charged with a delivery fee calculated depending on location.


Should there be anything wrong with your order when it arrives, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to arrange speedy collection and replacement of your item(s). YOLKE does not take responsibility for returns received in a damaged condition without prior notice.
