Here at YOLKE, we always strive for our customers to love their new pyjamas. However if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, these can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. We ask that you return your item(s) unused with all original tags and labels intact alongside the completed returns form, and that you keep the postage receipt until we confirm receipt of your package. Exchanges will be sent out free of charge.
Our sales team will send an email to confirm receipt of your returns, and endeavour to process your request as soon as possible. In the event of a refund, please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to be returned to your payment card.
We are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges on any bespoke or monogrammed products.

Should there be anything wrong with your order when it arrives, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to arrange speedy collection and replacement of your item(s). YOLKE does not take responsibility for returns received in a damaged condition without prior notice.
