RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We can offer a refund, exchange or credit note of the same value within 28 days of purchase, or 14 days for any sale items (excluding sample sale items which cannot be returned). 

You can cancel a preorder at any time with a full refund, please just email our team on sales@yolke.co.uk


Here at YOLKE, we always strive for our customers to love their purchases. However if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, these can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receipt. We ask that you return your item(s) unused with all original tags and labels intact alongside the completed returns form, and that you keep the postage receipt until we confirm receipt of your package. Exchanges within the UK will be sent out free of charge.


We endeavour to process your return within 10 working days of receipt. In the event of a refund, please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to be returned to your payment card. 

Without prejudice to the above, the time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:

A. payments by credit/debit card: Please note credit card refunds may take up to ten (10) business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to control this.


B. payments via PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.


If your order has been sent to a destination outside the UK, all sales taxes (VAT) are non refundable.


We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any bespoke or monogrammed products.

Please fill in the returns form included in your order. If you have lost this or it has not been included in your package, please email us and we will be happy to provide. All returns should be posted to:

YOLKE is unable to refund any postage costs. The cost of returns must be covered by the customer.Please send your return using a trackable service. All exchanges will be delivered free of charge.

EUROPE

If you wish to return your order, please contact our sales team where you will be provided with a trackable pre paid DHL returns label. 

For all European customers, YOLKE will deduct €15 from your refund to cover the cost of your return. Returns made outside of the portal accessed via our sales team must be made at your own cost. Please note that you must make your own arrangements locally for a DHL collection or to drop off at your nearest DHL drop-off point.


If your order has been sent to a destination outside the UK, all sales taxes (VAT) are non refundable.


UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 

If you wish to return your order, please contact our sales team where you will be provided with a trackable pre paid DHL returns label. Please note that you must make your own arrangements locally for a DHL collection or to drop off at your nearest DHL drop-off point.


For all USA customers, YOLKE will deduct $20 from your refund to cover the cost of your return. Returns made outside of the portal accessed via our sales team must be made at your own cost.


If your order has been sent to a destination outside the UK, all sales taxes (VAT) are non refundable.


REST OF WORLD

If you wish to return your order, please contact our sales team where you will be provided with a trackable pre paid DHL returns label. Please note that you must make your own arrangements locally for a DHL collection or to drop off at your nearest DHL drop-off point.


For all rest of world customers, YOLKE will deduct €25 from your refund to cover the cost of your return. Returns made outside of the portal accessed via our sales team, must be made at your own cost.


If your order has been sent to a destination outside the UK, all sales taxes (VAT) are non refundable.


INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We are currently unable to support international exchanges through YOLKE.co.uk. You can return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Your original order will be refunded once received and you may place your reorder at any time.


FAULTY ITEMS

Should there be anything wrong with your order when it arrives, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to arrange speedy collection and replacement of your item(s). YOLKE does not take responsibility for returns received in a damaged condition without prior notice.

We do not offer refunds for items that have clear signs of wear, have been returns outside the returns window or are without original tags.
