Delivery

All deliveries are subject to the delivery cost which will be quoted at the checkout. Orders over £400 are free of charge. If delivery is within central London it may be possible to deliver on the same day. Delivery cost will then be subject to local courier cost on day of purchase. Please contact us directly if you require this service.

UK Free Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your order you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving free of charge. Simply post the item(s) back to us with the returns label enclosed with your delivery via a Royal Mail post office. Please send a quick email letting us know it's on the way to sales@yolke.co.uk.

 

We ask that you return the items unused, with all the original tags intact and complete the returns form supplied with your delivery. We will email to confirm when a return has been received and aim for refunds to be processed within 7 days.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on any bespoke or monogrammed product, including Varsity monograms. Please contact us in advance if you have concerns over sizing.

International Delivery & Returns

If you're lucky enough to live abroad please follow checkout as normal and select your country. If it's not listed please do email sales@yolke.co.uk and we can quote delivery for you. Unfortunately YOLKE will not be held liable for any local customs duties or taxes for your goods on delivery.

We do not yet offer free returns outside of the UK.  If you wish to return an order please follow the instructions enclosed with your order.

We advise that you ship your item(s) using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item(s).

Faulty Item

Should there be anything wrong with your order when it arrives please notify us immediately and we will endeavor to arrange speedy collection and replacement of your product(s). Yolke does not take responsibility for returns received in a damaged condition without prior notice.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
